especially after the announcement of the Nasdaq merger. You forgot the smiley after "merger". What "merger"? If I sell stock in my own company and use the cash to buy shares of, say, Intel, does that mean I can claim I just had a "merger" with Intel? Or that I can now claim a NASDAQ listing??? That's what MDHM(E) is doing, and calling it a "merger" is beyond misleading.
