Dorothy,

I did not buy any more LWIN. I got my position for free when they spun it off from QCOM. I missed the opportunity to exit in the 70's because I was in a meeting. I am letting it ride for now. I don't really like their business model. They will be valued based on cash flow as they will not be profitable for years. The wireless licenses that they own are license to spend money. They need to build out the infrastructure in order to produce shareholder value. The reality is they are grossly over priced given the short term outlook. There is a shareholder meeting coming up I believe, so watch for the reaction to that presentation. The rise in the stock was based on a take over rumor. I have not kept up enough to tell you whether it makes sense or not. If it breaks below this 50 percent retracement level it is a long way down, be careful.

The reaction to the rate increase looks like it is going as planned so far. Now the emphasis shifts to an enconomic watch for the next couple of weeks as there will be a vaccum of earnings news. AMAT is the last big blue chip tech stock to report. Stocks should trade on news once options expiration is over.
