CNQR

Some traders were expecting upgrades immediately after CNQR presented at the H&Q conference yesterday. That clearly has not happened, and I suspect that's leading short-termers to exit. Also, it'd be understandable if there's still some profit-taking, after the big run these past three weeks. Finally, I suspect there's a fairly sizable short position emerging, as all upticks are met almost mechanically with sells. I am hoping for a substantial short position, as that should help fuel another rally when CNQR announces its Commerce Network over the next few weeks. Remember that CNQR already serves 2.1 million business users and has a coherent plan for leveraging that across all their product lines (e-procurement, travel expense management, and human resources).

BTW, IVIL is enjoying its third straight day of steady, if unspectacular, price action. I continue to believe it'll see a pop, as it appears that there was solid accumulation in the 23-26 range.
