Try Scottsdale.. They are $ 7.00 on open orders and $ 12.00
on Limit. I find their site very helpful.

Scottrade.Com I think will get you there or Scottsdale Securities.

If their site is down you may use a broker at same charge on local
( if they have a local office ) or 800 #..
