Richard,
I think with this much time passing and no news out has made a lot of share holders wonder if anything is going to be announced, but they have to do something sometime in the future, soon i hope but to sell now i think would be a foolish thing to do.
Mr. Lett your share holders would like to know what is happening?????????

Basically, Struthers says sell due to lack of Economic Recovery Process and securing financing under current conditions. I'm unable to post his 'update' here. Email me, If you wish, and I will forward it to you.

My portFOOLio is down 65% thanks to picks like: ROH,AMCX,CLH,Minorca, and last but not least, IPMCF.

I did manage to break even on MGAU selling long ago for $1.50.
