CIRC BUY RECOMMENDATION:

From the last news release, I am sure you noted the "names" associated with the new
office opened in Washington D.C. Their is some real political clout with the opening of the
new office. Since I live just outside Washington D.C., and have done so for the last 20
years, I recognize the political position that the new office puts SNC in. Also, not the
names of the clients the new agency has already listed and the size of the revenues
produced. Not second rate in my opinion.

But, thats not all. It is important to realize who the clients of SNC are. They show the
continuing growth of SNC in the industry and the level at which they are functioning. You
don't get top name clients with a bad reputation.
