My guess is that IFG will finally buy out the minority shareholders at prices much better than they offered to the Cayres - or it is just feasible that they could RTO IFG into GTIS to get a Nasdaq listing. Either way, I wouldn't be a seller of GTIS right now.

Let's hope you're right. Although the Cayres gave up their shares at a much lower price, I'm sure their basis is lower than mine. <g> This company has some promising titles in the pipe (e.g., Duke Nukem Forever) that are sure to be significant hits. One thing I'm curious about....I wonder if any of the 3rd party developers, such as 3dRealms, had change of control clauses in their agreements? Could such clauses have necessitated the form of this relationship with IFG? I also know that GTIS has granted options to developers in the past...
