Re: Why Fidelity might have sold--There are lots of reasons. They might have decided that $300MM in a development stage company was a little heavy. They might have taken some profit on one of the runups this year. They may have recognized that the risks on RMBS were a little higher than they'd thought, given the 820 delays.

All perfectly reasonable, and all known issues. I doubt Fidelity has any special insight on this. Otherwise, we'd have seen a lot less than $200MM worth of stock still in their hands.
