(NasdaqNM:MTSN - news) to $22 from $17. -- Raised FY 1999 EPS projection to seven cent loss per share, from nine cents loss per share. -- Raised FY 2000 earnings per share estimate to 74 cents from 66 cents. -- Maintained buy rating. -- The stock was up 9/16 at 16-1/16. -- The Fremont, Calif.-based company makes advanced fabrication equipment for the semiconductor industry.
