LOL. The consensus among certain dips I track is that no matter what the fed does (the worst case they expect is that rates up by 25 and no tightening bias) the market will go up. Me thinks that it their portfolios talking, in which case "sell to whom" may show-up at 2:15 PM.

Bill, I forgot to mention earlier - if you looked at the 20 day percent gains I posted earlier. ~20% gains occurred for Nikkei during the initial stages of the bear market.
