Or maybe some more legal problems. They seem to be becoming quite fond of filing an S-8 to register more shares for legal work every month or so this past year.

Does Pasty Fries have any money? They might pull the old financing trick next and say they need the money to go into full production of the machines.

Then there is always the possibility of trouble with the AFML-CIO that could hold things up.
