Citrix's ICA does not require tse

The client doesn't have to run Terminal server edition, but the SERVER does. This is supposed to change with Win2000, when the multiuser capability is supposed to be part of the standard server OS.

Right. It's better for CTXS to have 80% of a huge market than 95% of a much smaller market. Citrix's real enemy isn't other thin client competitors, it's inertia (reluctance to change) on the part of possible customers.
