Too bad it wasn't worked out before lawyers got involved. As far as the INSGY dispute, I believe you can find, way upstream of this post, a posting about CTXS working out some kind of deal with INSGY for their Java technology. Well apparently CTXS may not have paid them yet? Something like that. As a matter of fact, about the time of the INSGY deal, they did another technology deal too. Both I considered fairly significant. But I'm doing this all strictly from memory, so it may be inaccurate. I think a INSGY poster may have recently even brought this to our attention via this thread?...Too many companies, too little time, and a faltering memory to boot. MikeM(From Florida)
