You said the stock would trade in the pennies in the pink.
You said there would be no form 10.
You said there was no IBM contract.

I think the way the courts will see it is that you are the CRIM for all your lies and deception in trying to manipulate the stock price in TMRT. Judgement Day will come your way when the TMRT lawyers get done with you. HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHHAHA

This is not good for truthseeker's reputaton. He predicted the stock would be halted or trade in the pennies. I guess he was partly right, we're at 1650 pennies and counting! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
