I was somewhat unclear, and fixed it under the window
bounced off lows for day
third test down into nether regions

I strongly maintain this was a Fed mistake
probably they reasoned the markets and economy could withstand it
they were eager to reverse all three LTMC/Russia easings
now they are done, at least for a few months

maybe over, maybe not, my guess over
over and out
