SW, (our abbrevs very close on the keyboard) IMCL should do more -> secondary to be priced (call the co or Morgan Stanley), then the 20-day quiet period, etc.

Since I've seen this co, I've known them to be conservative in PR's and usually the less they say now means more they will say later. Today's quarterly results were right to the point and nothing else. This, imo, is a confirmation of the secondary, which some doubted as coming.
