ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 16, 1999--J.A.B. International Inc. (OTC BB: JABI) has worldwide mining operations in the Central African Republic (CAR), Honduras, and Northern California. J.A.B. International Inc. was established in 1992 for the purpose of mining and exploring diamond and gold properties in the Central African Republic. JABI is in the final stages of re-engineering their Ball Mill Plant in Northern California, JABI plans to have the plant opened by the second week in December .
