peter: I think you may be wrong about a secondary offering. My reading is that this is related to employee options and not a secondary. Buy those shares back after a dip.

As I read the report it is part of a company stock option plan. IMHO this should not really be a bother. First, if most of this new tranche is traded it will add to the liquidity of the stock itself and if the company is attractive it will in turn attract the larger plungers and institutions that prefer to buy in big blocks. If you check FFIV, a very good company that has made a substantial move, the recent announcement that 1million+ shares would no longer be "locked up" under the provisions of its IPO caused a stir for about a day and one half. FFIV is a good company, with a great product, and it rebounded smartly after it dipped on the news and continues to have a good future (as you can see by today's move).
