John, to answer your question, "Is there any substance to this company?" I think so. We've only got 2 members on the board but the way the salary and bonus structure is set up, if they don't do it right they suffer as much or worse than we little guys. They directly affect 4 companies that hold a total of 24,125,000 shares. This story starts mid December, 1997 and is explained in their last 10KSB. Fiscal year ends June 30. AOXY took a lose of ($257,300) in 1998 and turned it into a profit of $410,963 in 1999, so they are growing. I wouldn't bet the farm on AOXY but did manage to pick up an extra 8,000 shares yesterday at 12 cents. Don't know if I'm bragging or complaining, was suckered in on the bogus PR. DuGen
