the release was to buy Price more time with shareholders,

he had to do something, he indicated to me when I met with him that he was basically racked over the coals at the AGM,

The 200 day window gave him some time,

and everyone may or may not go a long with him,

me I think

Medinah is nothing but a PAPER PUSH.
