I don't know how long TJ will stay (or is he still in?) but ELCO itself has great potential to be a major e-commerce player. For what it does and the achievement it had made with PECOS, it can easily justify a market cap of 500 Million (around $18 per share).

I-Thompson show that there is large institution activities today. Maybe they are slowly accumulate the stock.
