Yes he does...he calls it house cleaning. I subscribe to Fagan and here is the quote directly from his report. Paramount Ventures and Finance Inc. (PVF-V) (TFR Vol. III No.9): Today, PVF has 28.0 million shares issued, a cash position of $3,000,000, and is trading in the $0.55 to $0.65 range. PVF will be drilling in search for diamonds early in the New Year in Ontario, Canada. In Brazil, it hopes to soon be mining alluvial diamonds.
