SW,, This market is treating us right. Great day for everyone. Wanted to stop by and say that I see ASDS resting and consolidating for next leg up. There are a lot of people expecting a JCDA type move. I'm one of them. This is a good company and undervalued when compared to CMRC. I hope you had a chance to stop by the ASDS thread. I spoke with CFO of ASDS and posted there. A lot of other good posts too.

PS- got any more good China plays ;)
PSS-got out of ESFT today...I've been in and out,,mostly in since 4 bucks. Out at 12 today. A lot too early,,oh well. Have a great night all !

HouseHold Direct.com (BYIT) Announces a Third Acquisition to Deliver Member Fulfillment Service for Purchases Directly on the Internet
NEW YORK, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- HouseHold Direct.com, Inc. householddirect.com (OTC Bulletin Board: BYIT - news). In a move designed to create a member fulfillment service bureau, HouseHold Direct.com has signed the contracts acquiring the assets of Personal Consumer Services, Inc. (PCS) of Atlanta, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama. The final cash transfer and legal documentation will be completed by the end of this week.

This acquisition means that the Company can offer its members open and immediate price requests directly from the new version of the Web Site, scheduled for release in January. The site will provide members with e-mail pricing, order request and tracking capabilities. PCS management has been successfully providing member product services for over 15 years. The staff will also assist members, having questions related to the programs and services of the Company, with live Q&A sessions.

''We believe this is the most important first step to our operational Web Site launch, states Dean Barnes, VP of Sales. It will also allow the Company to begin providing membership fulfillment services to the other clubs that have requested our Internet-based services.''

In addition to the PCS fulfillment staff, the Company acquires a membership base of almost 10,000 members. The Company believes it will convert 25% (or 2,500 members) to the $9.95 monthly payment plan during a new membership telemarketing test program beginning this week. Monthly revenues are anticipated to increase by nearly $25,000, excluding transaction service fee revenue.

PCS, based on 1998 audits, generated revenues of $3.3 million with an operating profit of $400,000. The 1999 revenues are expected to be lower due to the restructuring of management responsibilities over the past 10 months.

Financing for the acquisition is being accomplished by a cash payment and the assumption of identified obligations of PCS by HouseHold Direct.com. This action will not cause any dilutive effect on the common stock of the Company.

HouseHold Direct.com (http://www.HouseHoldDirect.com), offers a unique ''cost-plus'' shopping service on the Internet that allows consumers to buy brand name products at direct manufacturer and distributor prices. By eliminating any retail markup, the consumer benefits directly, and the manufacturer gains the ability to offer extremely specific product offers to qualified consumers.

sw, LOL! today's TRAC PR announces no new news today! ROTFLOL! IMO, a brilliant recap of the past weeks PR's all rolled into one! Including the split, ECN, web based trading etc..........

Track Data ANNOUNCES NO PRESS RELEASE TODAY

NEW YORK--November 17, 1999--Track Data Corporation (Nasdaq
NMS: TRAC) announced today that after two straight weeks of
daily press releases, it has no news to report today.

Since Friday, October 29, 1999, Track Data has released news
covering the filing of an application to establish an ECN, a
two-for-one stock split that is payable today, deals with
MarketXT, Brut ECN, Simplystocks.com, Fortune Brands and Dow
Jones News. In addition, the release of new products:
OptionExpert, AIQ's option analysis software, and the myTrack

to complement its unique software-based trading application.
Last, but not least, Track conducted its first earnings release
live chat where myTrack users participated through the chat
feature built into the product as well as non-members were able
to use Track's unique new chat feature on its myTrack home page

Commenting on the lack of news today, Barry Hertz, Chairman and
CEO, said, "I want to apologize to our faithful stockholders who
are looking each morning for our latest corporate developments.
Rest assured that we do not take this lack of news lightly. The
management team at Track is continuing to structure deals, identify
new business opportunities and develop new products. I was assured
today by our CFO that there will be a news release tomorrow. (BTW,
yesterday we reached a new milestone. We executed over 3000 trades!
We broke 2000 just three weeks ago.)"

market data system. Trading is offered at prices starting at $12.95
per trade. myTrack is delivered over the Internet powered by

competitors that provide their service over HTML website-based static
pages. myTrack delivers free streaming delayed quotes and unlimited
free real-time extended quotes, as well as breaking company news, a
trade by trade log, charting for technical analysis and a proprietary
library of intraday market statistics. For $19.98 per month plus

individual investors through dedicated telecommunication lines and the
Internet. The Company also offers online trading through its myTrack
Internet-based personal investment service. myTrack is an Internet-based
software application that is not restricted by the limitations of an HTML
website-based static system offered by virtually all of its well-known
competitors. myTrack delivers a continuous dynamic stream of live market
data and investors' online trading activity. The system is always
connected and is an order of magnitude faster than competing website-based
systems. Download myTrack software or open a trading account at

** CAOL ** in case you missed it, up over 325% in last 2 days! I want to congratulate all long term holders and patient investors in stocks like this one. Ditto WLGS, SHAL, TLTG, and SYCD, stocks featured in my "Gore Report" that took weeks or months to run but when they did. Well, they did.

TLTG 1.25 -> $16
SHAL 2.25 -> $20
WLGS 20 cents -> $4.00
SYCD 20 cents -> $3.50
FTRK 20 cents to $1.3875
PNLK $1.00 -> $8.00 (spring 1998)

Patience pays...the trick is finding good quality underpriced companies.

I hope WINR is next. That has been the ultimate one requiring patience and is down from $3.00 but up from the original recommendation at 40 cents and 65 cents in the Spring and summer of 1998.

PLCO/PLCOP - we'll see; up 100% last 5 days. Jury out. We'll know more Friday when the German IPO debuts.

JBRD - watch getting some exposure among brokers I hear, fully reporting, undervalued Internet record labels with new rising stars like Rockapella and the Harlem Gospel Choir.

IHTL- underpriced, may not move big until their filing and news comes out; may be a 3-6 month hold.

SETO - runs in surges; waiting for news; profitable and fully reporting 40 x 46 cents

ABET - quiet, cheap at 60 cents; waiting for totally new kind of gambling site to come up involving "instant draw" lottery; New I/R firm hired 3 weeks ago has a 2200% winner in ZOOM a few years back and is capable of bringing in buying; lots of DD done on ABET threads. Lottery revenues worldwide are over $125 Billion.

Do your own DD, no guarantees.
