Radar, appreciate you effort to single handedly raise awareness of this stock. We should be seing healthy profits soon. Another shoulda woulda coulda story... had CIRC on my screen at 14 5/8. Decided to get a workout and buy it when I got back. Came back to 17 1/2. Doh! I think I'll wait 'til CIRC breaks out on decent vol to pickup my next piece. Hopefully the move will be caused by good news like customer announcement, broker coverage, etc. It's just around the corner. Obe
