Now that sums it up...

<He said the company's small-business transaction operations and its
broadband activity aren't yet contributing to the business.>

That is the reason why the "longs" have so much faith in the future direction of this company and its stock price. Congratulate yourselves, believe it or not if your in Go2net already you will be looking back at this time as just the beginning.

Russell stated today that he expects OPERATING net margins of 30% by the end of next year. Lets do some math. Assuming Go2net has $56 Million per analysts projections in revenues in fiscal 2000 that would equate to approximately $16.8 Million net operating income. Add in interest income of +/- $12 Million on the "war chest" and it totals almost $28.8 Million pro forma earnings on $56 Million Revenue. Not to bad! (Me Think that Revenue # may be a little low / How 'bout you????)

And lets see here...wouldn't that be around 61 cents per share based on the approximately 47 million diluted shares outstanding.

Sorry for the long winded analysis. Just feeling a little itchy.

All JMHO!

Best to All!
