Mucho, I am sure that Qualcomm has buy back rights as, I am sure that Qualcomm is the sole decision maker/negotiator in this sale. It's just that I don't remember seeing any announcement that liquidated Sony's interest in QPE. This lead me to wonder whether or not Sony has any claim on any gain on the sale. I would think that this would have been put to bed but if it has, I haven't heard.

if Q lost 40mm on handset division it would be safe to say sony lost aprox the same. they are probably equally as glad to get it off their hands.
