We're still trading with very low relative volume. If any of the funds step up then we should make a number stick, if they sell then down. Don't know how to read the fund buyers. Usually hindsight. We will just have to be patient for the best results. Thanks for your thoughts.

<Suspicious-looking flag forming...one would expect a retest of the W bottom....>

Dude, give it up.....volume is returning to normal....the "fast-money" crowd has returned to the latest bleeding, wounded animal......Tyco has been creeping up nicely....Now, only serious investors still keeping up with this issue...

In the next few days, weeks.......We are going to hear nothing from Tyco, nothing in the news media...nothing, nothing over the next few days....because there was little to this story to begin with.....$ 2.20 in earnings and over 3B in free cash flow is going to start looking awesome to many (especially to value, and even folks paying 300PE's for companies that may be out of business in a few years)...

And the stock will keep creeping....up.....boring(ly).......(you are right, though, that 45 or so level will continue to provide some resistance..but soon, even that barrier will be eradicated.....and Tyco will pop over (probably on big volume)....funds coming in...

When this breaks 45...it will pop quickly to high 40's and then 50's....you won't have much time to admit the error of your ways <G>

A bet on any significant downside is risky here....Especially after the Fed took a lot of fear out of the market today...
