I'm not completely out, but I've been reducing my position. The reason for this is simple: I do not have confidence that Loral managment has: 1. Been completely honest about both successes and failures. 2. Has shareholder value as its primary goal. I took those two things on faith before. But now I'm really questioning them. I'm not accusing them of thieves and saying the company is a shell game-- I'm just saying that I haven't seen enough evidence that this is a very high quality company and for my money, I prefer to invest in very high quality companies. It too bad, though, as I spend a lot of time and effort. Dragonfly
