Grabbing your mouse in public is actively discouraged in the lower forty. Helen is dazzling me with her ... self. She has a toy mailbox with little colored squares that generally simulate letters. On each one in a rounded block text is the word BABY. She sees this and goes all serious. Her fingers un back and forth across the text - she knows it's made of alphabet. So she's sitting there belting out her own cover of the Alphabet Song, her way of relating to the letters. Ngaa Ngaa Nah Ngaa NGAAANGAAAA Theeeth Ngeah ngaah naah naah naaanaaaa Theeeth. Ngaaa ngaaaa theeeeth - ngaaa ngaaa Theeeeth - .... I can't find the camcorder ... this is precious. She's engaged in Song Cognition.
