It is kind of silly but I can't disclose the actual number or rather percentage. I will say that at this level I don't understand why they don't bin out 750s or even 766s because surely a meaningful percentage must run at that speed. Use your own judgement and interpolate.

I know what the binsplit is but I don't know what the yields are. I can't believe they would get this good a binsplit if there were any kind of yield problem that was defect density related.

Where are they??? Wish I knew.
