I'm not bearish...

long term. However I am concerned about the way it's been trading. The insider sales were more than at any other time. It hasn't traded up on heavy volume, then settled, then traded higher on volume, etc. like it has in the past. It went "straight up" to where it is now on very low volume.

I would never follow the sheep dressed in bulls clothes and go long right now. I have also started to have doubts about the long term value in YHOO after looking deeper into the lack of loyalty that they, or any portal for that matter, have with "users". It's getting harder to be a "portal" with the best of everything. Even Yahoo! is not considered the best search engine anymore... how could they ever "house" the best of more than a handful of uses of the net? They can't. There will always be something that beats what they have, and no way to stop users from "defecting" to go to the better site. BTW, when is the last time that you clicked on a banner ad?

Sometimes, bears hibernate to long and start to believe everthings wrong with a stock. This is call charity because it means they are giving money away. Right now, I need lots of charity.
