It is very hard to overcome 25+ years of honest, usually accurate information from Intel's management. Call me foolish, but nothing I have heard here or elsewhere makes me think that all those years of truth and candor should be disregarded because AMD finally has what appears to be a good product.

What is REALLY funny is that a year from now, with AMD stock at 15 and Intel at 60 post-split, we will all still be here talking the same trash. We Intelites will be enjoying our retirement, and you guys will still be saying "This time it is different¸"

Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it.
