What do we know about this $1 mil financing from bermuda. They got shares filled with an s registration on 9/22/99 Is it funny they get the shares registered the same time the stock rallies and trades millions of shares. Is it not funny that the crecsent company in bermuda had 1.9 million shares registered. How do they sell 1.9 million shares? Well get the stock very active. Has this financing and registration affected the stock currently. And have i misread the registration? Please comment!!!!!!!
