Didn't Intel spend a lot of money hyping FPU and diminishing the value of Integr when the Cyrix chips were around? Now it makes a difference? Didn't Intel promote the idea that Integer was weakness and FPU was power? Who cares about Integer. <G>
Actually Scumbria figured the K6-III would give the Athlon a run for the money on Integer, 6 months ago...

No EP, we thought it would be the fastest on the planet; only you would be so bold as to claim the universe.

I think its that intc megalomania coming up once again....its a hard habit to break but it may become necessary.
