I believe the Supreme Court Justices are elected for life.

U.S. Supreme Court Justices are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate for a life term. They can only be removed from office by impeachment, I believe. I think the same thing is true of all Federal Judge positions, but I'm not sure.
