Mr Ralph Ulm please help me understand,,,,,,,,, We know you were associated with MDHM/MDIN/NPEC at one time or another thus obviously you know the main man, LP........... but................ I am having trouble with your connection to RRX, BVT Since these two companies have the same President as VET and one had a J/V with VET I was wondering if, you were ever connected with these companies? Other then of course having coffee with the President of VET whom you were connected with, correct?? Of course this coffee buddy of yours he would never had discussed any insider information, would he???? Oh, Mr Ulm one more question, Were VET, RRX, and BVT all HALTED due to insider trading???? Oh Oh, one more little question Mr Ulm, we are all aware of the insider of BVT that is connected to the president of NPA right???? Did she ever join you when you had coffee with the president of vet, and of course even if she did there would have been no talk of NPA opps, another nightmare pops up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This just leads to another question Mr Ulm, you actually promoted and sold NPA to clients of yours did you not?????????? Oh yes I have your PM in front of me, let me refresh your memory, a quote.... "As a matter of fact I was with W(person) and made some dough for clients in NPA from .17 to .78. Bot about 2.5 million for clients. After that Ryan and Dave D took over, long after I bailed out. All these F#@$%&^g suede shoes are now facing BIG suspension and fines, nowhere am I involved. I got out while the body just started to decompose. My clients thankfully followed my advice" So do you still coffee with Ryan and Dave D? If so this should make for great coffee gossip tomorrow morning. I guess it would not be fair for me to surmise that you actually got out the back door of NPA as the regulators were coming through the front door. Now lets summarize here, all the following companies appear to have a coffee following, little chit chat here and there, nothing too damning in itself, however VET, RRX, BVT NPA have all been halted for INSIDER TRADING right Mr Ulm? That leads us to SOL SOL I like to save the best for last <the initials SOL are so meaningful>, now very quickly here Mr Ulm, lets see one of the directors of SOl <gg> (love those initials SOL)was the President of VET uh another company to discuss over coffee, no harm there........ Now I believe Mr Ulm SOL was also delisted to due INSIDER trading, is that correct?? Now I know from your PM to me that you are a good person and you did get your clients outta NPA before the regulators got there which is admirable, I imagine you also got out right after all your clients were gone too, which is good. I just can not imagine how you felt being associated so closely with all those people who were insiders in SIX companies that all got de listed for insider trading my what a coincidence. From your private message I notice you still promote MDHM as you pointed out to me, gosh I bet you never take coffee breaks anymore, LOL. Sure hope MDHM doesn't get de listed
