That crap about a R/S at LGOV has been thrown out so many times, it sounds like a squeaking hinge on the door of a bordello bedroom; where I believe your info is coming from.... Dan Mendez has repeatedly and categorically stated that "..there will be no R/S.." and that "..an R/S is not needed because the value of the assets and cash brought in by JV partner will catapult the stock over a buck instantly - making it a mute point.."
