Thanks, Stew, for that analysis of ALT parts. Doesn't look as good an opportunity as I had first hoped.

Got interested in ALT because the the stock price has come down to near annual low. With a 4% div. yield, relatively low p/sales and p/e and p/book, plus an okay ROE, I thought the stock on its own looked attractive. Coupled with the spin-offs possibly unleashing some value -- the totality of the parts at least pushing the combined stocks higher than ALT's current 15+, and this maybe occurring within a month or so -- it looked like an okay bet. Now, I'm not quite so enamored, although buying ALT now might still work out okay.

Hello,

What is your opinion of PIK? It has very low PE and looks like very under valued. Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
Wade
