Yeah, except the Island was down yesterday most of the day. Whether it's Nasdaq or an ECN, these system breakdowns are a big concern. Fortunately, the market has been cooperating on the upside for now. After hours was incredible today because traders were buying after the bell and driving up prices in a relatively illiquid ECN market after not getting fills the last 30 minutes of regular trading - stocks popping 3 or 4 points in a matter of minutes. And for all the pundits that pooh-poohed after hours trading, boy were they wrong - mini short squeezes and lots of other games until 8 pm. It is wild out there.
