This is good about more R&D personnel. It is quite rare for a "one product" company to have sustaining power. Diversity is crucial. Is Dr. Bean their only product?

MAKAMAI, Yes we should say Public Offering (PO ) not Initial PO since IPO mandates a lot of SEC requirements. AGORA was of the opinion that Sideware Systems would roll the current public shares up into the US Sideware Corporation and then commence the PO.

I am not familiar with any other Corporation doing such an operation. The process of the "roll-up" (for lack of a better word)is of greatest interest to shareholders. This includes senior management. Since we are all in the same shareholder boat with only the issue of warrants to distinguish certain investors, I have to feel that whatever is done in any roll-up will be good for all of us.

Does anyone have any experience in this area? Wouldn't there still have to be something similar to an IPO "lock-out" period, during the PO, in which current shareholders would not be permitted to sell?
