Anthony......

Thanks again for the short picks recently. I've made some serious coin on stuff like SNRS and IMAA. I have a long pick you should take a look at asap...see chart and volume on ENON. Unlike a lot of the POS overseas internet stocks that are running, ENON is a premier European internet company. Company is a combination of CMGI and NSOL. Montgomery was looking for a large piece late afternoon today, and there were multiple large buyers on Autex and some huge prints on the tape. Stock is getting some serious buzz and feels ready for a run into the 20's.

Tony, am no fan of yours, and usually chose to just let you hang ... as you wish. Altho I did post a "no" vote to SI's poll to have you back.

Anyhow, this self serving post needs just a little reality check. Not regarding your dispute with Matt, as he will no doubt handle it on his own as he sees fit, and you are being appropriately mum.

What caught in my craw was: "I am the guy who does the stuff noone else wants to do. expose lies , dig up dirt ,, etc.."

While no doubt there are some companies that are scummy scams, you own virtue is not exactly unbesmirched. Out of curiosity, looked you up in Federal Court records and found 2 cases in Texas Northern District Court.

One where you had to pay $60,000 to Bear Stearns (case no.97-CV-1351) - quotes from the docket:

7/16/97 JUDGMENT that pl's [Elgindy's] action against Bear Stearns & Co is dismissed with prejudice, and that the arbitration award favor of Bear Stears against Elgindy is confirmed. Bear Stearns shall recover from Elgindy the sum of $60,000 in compensatory damages plus interest at the statutory rate. Taxable costs are assessed against pl ( signed by Judge Fitzwater)
7/25/97 NOTICE by Arnold Steinberg of certificate of compliance with the order dated 6/24/97 by plaintiff Amr Ibrahim Elgindy
8/6/98 ABSTRACT OF JUDGMENT issued for defendant Bear Stearns & Co In against plaintiff Amr Ibrahim Elgindy in the amount of: $60,000.00

What was this about?

This next one is pretty serious - you're currently out on bail ($50,000) for a criminal charge due to come to trial in early 2000?

CRIMINAL DOCKET FOR CASE #: 99-CR-109- USA v. Elgindy Filed: 06/16/99
AMR IBRAHIM ELGINDY defendant
Pending Counts:
18:1341 & 2 - MAIL FRAUD AND
AIDING AND ABETTING
(1 - 9)

No details given - what's this about?

Know you are innocent - until proven guilty. But the federal government has a mission to uncover crooks - just like you - but in this case you seem to be the target.
