NEW YORK--November 17, 1999--Track Data Corporation (Nasdaq
NMS: TRAC) announced today that after two straight weeks of
daily press releases, it has no news to report today.

Since Friday, October 29, 1999, Track Data has released news
covering the filing of an application to establish an ECN, a
two-for-one stock split that is payable today, deals with
MarketXT, Brut ECN, Simplystocks.com, Fortune Brands and Dow
Jones News. In addition, the release of new products:
OptionExpert, AIQ's option analysis software, and the myTrack
SDK software developers kit. Track Data further announced its
plans to release myTrack-Web, a website-based trading platform
