Zuma and all,

It seems that Tom and Auggie have rationalized their own selling and trading while Benny and you are still in the hunt for $225.00. Discussing this situation with a friend last night made me feel and think much clearer.

Let's go over the facts, ONE paid for the shares they have, $10,000,000 I believe. Yes some more dilution, but at the time the price was right around 40, they get warrants if they meet some perfomance goals. IMO a positive.

The convertible bond that they just announce is to fund growth through acquisition? maybe, but maybe they need the money for the next year or so of free trials, payroll and the rest. AOL did this and I think the shareholders were rewarded handsomly. What if the bond is tied to a price higher than the market? Why would the bond holder short the stock now? They can't cover a bond with a stock in a week.

IMO the price is already set, remember the volume on the first day we hit 52, after the close we trade almost 2 million shares at 51 15/16? I think that adds up to 100,000,000. Maybe Merril sold the stock then? And can now support the stock. Merril raised an awareness for Checkfree with the institutions, some of those investors must have liked the story.

Long term, my core holding will be 6,000 shares. I will transfer these shares to a full service broker and forget the phone number. I am too cheap to pay full service commission, so I will never sell these shares. At one time I held 24,000 shares, sold on the way up from 24 this last time. If we ever get to 24 again, I will probably own more than I did this past time.

The story here isn't changing, IMO the company is doing what is right. I am going to read the old Yahoo and AOL threads to see when the steadfast bulls started selling, I will bet that their will be a Benny, Tom, Auggie and Zuma there as well(I don't mean this as a jab), but history tends to repeat itself.

Good luck to all,

Rob
