A stockwatch rehash, but a few seem to have paid attention

Kaiser thinks price will Meteor with Thoughtshare stake

Meteor Technologies Inc MMI
Shares issued 17,019,820 Nov 17 close $0.13
Fri 19 Nov 99 In the News
John Kaiser, writing in a Nov. 8 Bottom-Fish Action that reviews the week
of Nov. 1-5, says he expects Meteor Technologies, then 16 cents, to return
to the 20- to 30-cent range by the end of November. Mr. Kaiser recommended
the stock in June, 1999, following its move out of Alberta diamonds and
into the Internet business. He previously recommended it in December, 1997,
at 29 cents. In the current report, Mr. Kaiser notes Meteor has completed
its purchase of a 35-per-cent equity stake in Thoughtshare Communications.
The letter writer says getting vested for 35 per cent was an important
hurdle for Meteor because it gives this bottom fish a strong voice in
Thoughtshare's future. The three key shareholder groups are Meteor, Simon
Fraser University, and the founders headed by Steven Forth and Michael
Lebowitz. This milestone is important for financial backers, whose
involvement will figure in any merger discussions. He adds that once
Thoughtshare has a commercial prototype, "the story will sell itself."

Hi Jerry. Haven't spoken to you in a while. I notice that MMI traded at 19 cents today on higher than normal volume. Anything interesting coming along? Would appreciate your thoughts, and any insight you could provide.

Regards, Wisam
