DS, a couple of things:

1st, thanks for getting me interested in NTAP, where I saw you discussing it on G&S; have been in for about three months and very happy about yesterday's multiple developments;

2nd, thanks much for your detailed and technical (which I appreciate) business and financial summary on the CC; it will help me focus on the replay, assuming a replay is available; and

3rd, at risk of one poster's fear of the influx of the Georgies, a question: Gilder lauded NTAP's position in and driver of the NAS market (and roundly put the SAN market in its place). But the gist of his play on "storewidth" was the even more disruptive role to be played out in the future by cheaper, dumber, less functional NAS appliances such as those provided by Procom (huge reaction to the release of Gilder's November letter yesterday--I didn't buy) and Quantum. I think I recall that the letter described Procom's ASP in the $15,000 range. I would be interested in, and highly value, your thoughts and reaction.

Best, Steve
