September Trade Deficit and Weekly Jobless Claims Weekly Jobless Claims = -3k to 287k dol.gov In the week ending Nov. 13, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims was 287,000, a decrease of 3,000 from the previous week's revised figure of 290,000. The 4-week moving average was 287,000, a decrease of 1,250 from the previous week's revised average of 288,250. Trade Deficit for September = -$24.4b census.gov The Nation's international deficit in goods and services increased to $24.4 billion in September, from $23.5 billion (revised) in August, as exports decreased and imports increased.
