A quick note---"powerful" is just what the boards of directors and brokerage firms are.

The system is stacked against the stockholders of common shares.

Companies and brokerage firms can control massive amounts of stock through options owned by management or given to management, increase in outstanding share with no distribution to the shareholder, ipo's which do not distribute any stock to current shareholders, private credit deals with banks, margin accounts---able to loan your stock---obtaining controlling interest in a company then leading it into bankruptcy and numerous methods not named.

Will DBCC be any different? Will the shareholder have any power in this company?
