ALL:

From the action on the tape this morning, it appears that our friends are still sitting on the bid. Over 500,000 shares traded in the first twenty minutes with mostly buy orders and few sell orders. When the ask finally moved up to the 7 15/16 - 8 area the bid came up with it. Still mostly buys with the bid at around 7 3/4. Then the bid started dropping and in the next twenty to thirty thousand shares traded the bid dropped precipitously.

This is the same action that we have seen every day for the last two weeks. A morning run up with a restrained bid holding back the ask, then when the buyers have made taken their stake, the bid drops quickly on relatively low volume. Can anyone with Level II verify what I saw from the real time/last 10 trade screens?

Its very sloppy MM activity, bordering on criminal, in my opinion.
