Brad, Motorola is a big company with many different roles. Look at the guy being quoted on the need for bio-ID: He's not the cell phone division head, he's the business development manager of digital imaging. That means he's in the area of building the devices, not buying for the cell phone line. It really helps to have anyone at this kind of company pushing for you, but the existence of "mobile telephones" and a nice MOT quote do not, in this case, add up to cell phone product in the three weeks given for introduction of the DFR-300. We get there, I think, but not via this particular Reuters story (!), and not in three weeks.
