<<200,000 shares...I can live with that. Medsite.com goes to $40-50 and we end up with $12-15 mill Can>>

2 things...

#1)I do not think that this sets the % of the Medsite deal. Who knows what will be the ratio between "Preferred B" shares and the commons sold at the IPO?

#2)I am sure that there will be a halt and a NR to this effect.

>>200,000 shares...I can live with that. Medsite.com goes to $40-50 and we end up with $12-15 mill Can... not to shabby for a first investment. Now we need 14 more and a financing at $5 <gg><<

Keith, I think it is important to mention that Healtheon (HLTN) did their IPO at $30 and then ran to $126 within three months. I believe that Medsite.com is extremely well positioned, and they have a very strong base of support. So, I would not be surprised in the least if Medsite.com equaled, or bettered this performance. But what the heck, let's take 1/2 that performance and see what that will do for the JDX treasury.

$126 divided by 2 = $63 share

200,000 shares X $63 share = 12,600,000 (US)

12,600,000 X 1.47 (CDN conversion) = $18,522,000

18,522,000 + 20,000,000 (existing cash) = 38,522,000 total

Now this $18 1/2 million would represent over a 90% return to their total holdings. But what is most compelling is that this would have been accomplished on only an investment of $1.5 million (CDN).

If this is the type of deal that is in their future, then I think that we will have one hell of an interesting (and profitable) ride over the next while.

I am really, really interested in seeing what these folks have been working on this past year.
